Mr. Beer Birroteca Gastronomica in Province of Verona

"Right in the main street of San Bonifacio, in a corner you can see the yellowish light of this small brasserie. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy even if the decor is quite industrial, with the big light bulbs that give off a warm yellow vibrant light hanging of the ceiling. Rose gold metal here and there and the metal tables too give off a chic vibe. They offer a great selection of beers, even if I'm not an expert they all tasted good (the ones I tried). The staff is incredibly friendly and polite. They had great music: acoustic versions of the best pop rock hits, very rare to find a place that puts on this kind of relaxed and enjoyable music (a bit too loud). The food and the beers are not to expensive, considering that they are selected and often come from small alehouses. What can I say. 10 out of 10 would recommend!"

"Mi sono fermato per una pausa durante un viaggio. Si trova in prossimità dell'uscita del casello autostradale, pertanto è comodo per uscire e rientrare velocemente. Il locale è molto accogliente, l'ambiente dà la possibilità di scelta tra posizioni centrali e tavoli più riservati. Il contesto è accattivante e il tempo di attesa è stato veramente minimo. Siamo stati accolti con i dovuti modi e tutti gli ambienti sono estremamente puliti. Io ho optato per un ottimo panino con cotechino lenticchie e la PEARA che non avevo ancora assaggiato, ma il menù offre molto altro. I prezzi sono giusti. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò."

"Interessati dalla selezione di birre che poteva offrire abbiamo deciso di cenare in questo locale. L'arredamento è in stile industrial e c'è la possibilità di sedersi ai tavoli esterni. La pizza è decisamente buona : 70 ore di lievitazione rendono l'impasto molto digeribile, il topping è di qualità, lo stile potrebbe essere la classica napoletana col cornicione alto (nella foto sembra bruciata ma perchè a mio gusto l'ho chiesta ben ben cotta). L'hamburger vegetariano è risultato ben eseguito e gustoso seppur delicato, le salse per le patatine sono da chiedere a parte ( 0.50€ a salsa, non capisco questa scelta imprenditoriale ma comunque è indicato nel menù). La torta di rose con crema chantilly fatta in casa: la crema deliziosa, ho qualche riserva sulla torta di rosa ed è per questo che non ho dato le 5 stelle a fronte del prezzo ( 9.50€ ). Buona la selezione di birre artigianali italiane anche con qualche chicca da gustare. Il personale è stato simpatico, professionale e cortese, sicuramente ci ritorneremo."
